Paula Bush is the Executive Director of North West Housing Partnership. She has been with NWHP since 2008. In this position, she oversees the following programs: Single-Family Rehabilitation, Home Modification, Home Buyer Education, and Outreach and Marketing. She provides guidance to potential home buyers through workshops and individual consulting on homeownership. She also assists new and current homeowners with the necessary steps toward maintaining a home.
Paula also holds several professional certifications and certificates in the housing industry including being a certified housing counselor. Paula attended Harper College and Chicago State University.

Michelle Hill serves as the Program Director and Housing Counselor for the North West Housing Partnership since 2011.
As Program Director, she administers the Single-Family Rehabilitation Program and Home Accessibility Program for the Illinois Housing Development Authority, the City of Des Plaines and Village of Hoffman Estates Owner Occupied Home Repair Program, and the Senior Handyman Program. As a Housing Counselor, Michelle hosts NWHP’s monthly Home Buyer Education Seminars, One-on-One housing counseling sessions, credit counseling, and down payment assistance acquisition.
Michelle holds an Associate in Arts from Harper College, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from DePaul University, and numerous housing counseling certifications.
Robyn Sandys

Robyn Sandys has worked in the nonprofit field for over 40 years. She also spent five years in the profit-making arena as marketing director for Star Newspapers in Chicago’s south suburbs. Her career began in the 1970s in the social service sector as a counselor for disadvantaged youth and as a Vista volunteer working in a halfway house for emotionally disturbed young adults. She followed that experience by working as a counselor with young adults who had drug and alcohol problems.
Robyn shifted gears in the 1980s from counseling to policy and outreach in the areas of children and youth services where she worked in California and Hawaii. In Hawaii, she worked as a policy analyst for the Governor’s Office of Children and Youth and as a legislative aide for a state senator. In California, she worked for KCET- Public TV where she was the community outreach manager for various youth-oriented and social issue television productions.
Robyn’s interest in public policy continued as her career shifted to the community development field. She served as executive director of a nonprofit in the Chicago Southland that was involved in starting the Chicago Southland Convention and Visitors Bureau where she later served as their marketing director.
In the mid-1990s, Robyn moved to Cleveland and held the position of community outreach manager and television producer for WVIZ-Public Television. In this position, she won numerous state-wide awards for documentaries she wrote and produced on a variety of social issues. Several years later she served as director of policy development for Cleveland Neighborhood Development Coalition, a trade association serving Cleveland area community development corporations (CDCs). In that position, she focused on policy and housing issues relating to neighborhood development. She continued working in community development in Cleveland working for Neighborhood Progress, Inc. a funder of Cleveland-based CDCs.
Starting in 2007 she served as executive director of the Old Brooklyn Community Development Corporation until late 2013. In December 2013, she took the position with North West Housing Partnership based in Schaumburg, Illinois.
Robyn graduated college with a BA in Community Studies from the University of California at Santa Cruz and has completed graduate work in public policy and communications.

Debbie Kiszkowski is the Office Manager for the North West Housing Partnership. She joined the NWHP team in July 2016. Debbie processes the financial records for NWHP, maintains office organization, and is assisting with the CCDPH Lead Program. She holds an A.A. from Triton College in Accounting and a B.A. from Northeastern University in Human Resource Development.
